Our Crew picked up the Doufold t's at Campmor for our Philmont trek last
summer. One of the crew members created a graphic design the size of a
shoulder patch with crew number, etc (you could do any size patch, but we
just wanted something on the shoulder -can still see it with packs on and
doesn't reduce breathability). We printed the design on regular inkjet
t-shirt transfer paper (they say you should use cotton or 50/50, but they
worked great on the poly, just be a little careful not to heat for too
long). For the transfers, you need to go with light colored shirts, dark
colors will change the color of the transfer (which might be ok, depending
on the design).

My sons and I wore these this past summer for our week long Yosemite
backpack. They performed very well - stayed dry, and kept odor away
very nicely. They're a little "slippery" because of the polyester,
but they worked great and I'll be wearing them again!
Any one have any suggestions for printing on them? Any problems or
concerns?
