[Philmont]: Regional Availability

Might I suggest that as an adjunct when announcing your plans for treks that
you also announce any vacancies that you might need. You might even want to
say hat region you are from. I know that most councils maintain a waiting
list, but this would be an additional way to get the message out. I know
that if we listed the number of pholks wanting to go back to Philmont, the
server would choke or the shear volume of emails!
