Re: [Philmont]: New Registration Procedure

Just registered this morning. When smoother than I had anticipated.

I had the same reaction as Don in that I wanted to prioritize July over June
but was unable to do so. As long as my troop gets a slot. In the twenty +
years of my troop's existence we were able to get a slot only once (1999) and that
was on a fluke change in the 1998 registration procedure where you could
choose between being put on the 1998 waiting list or be guaranteed a 1999 slot. We
took the guarantee.
