The first place to look is ALWAYS Selden's List -

My summary (for 2002) with everything you asked about and more is at
http://www.lns.cornell.edu/~seb/philmont-treks2002m.pdf (and other sites
as an Excel spreadsheet). I am working on updating it for the 2003
routes, including a much more detailed look at daily mileage using the
Philmont Interactive Ranger. The fact the mileage for about 2/3s of the
routes is inaccurate or inconsistent (to varying degrees) and a crazy work
schedule has slowed that down. But it will be done by the end of the
year....
