Re: [Philmont]: Boy Scouts Equal Access Regulation, Comments Solicited'

I second Selden's comment, look at the proposed regulation and comment on that if you have insight. The Boy Scouts of America Equal Access Act has already been passed by Congress. The Department of Education is seeking comments on its implementation. Personally, I don't see why DOE needs millions of comments after what happened on November 2. I am concerned that the Boy Scout Act is going to backfire, because so much of the law is unfunded. But this is not a policy forum, I want to go back to Philmont - hurry up with that lottery.
