[Philmont]: Trek Council Shoulder Patches

We are hoping to be able to convince our Council to issue a special
shoulder patch for our Philmont contingent and then use patch sales to
raise money to purchase (or help offset the purchase of) the equipment
(tents and stoves/bottles) for our contingent. Does anyone else out there
have any experience with this? Has their council issued a trek or
contigent shoulder patch? If so, do you have an image, or can point me to
