classb.com has custom patches for as little as about $3.55 each for 50
patches. In their gallery they have council patch examples for Eagle
Scouts, 40 year troops, etc. I am sure I saw one somewhere that had
Philmont mentioned once. I agree with Kim that it would be a super patch
for your council to offer. I can vouch for classb.com and say I have always
been more than satisfied with their services in making t-shirts for us.
They "cleaned up" our graphics so the silkscreen looks fantastic and that
service is free. I am sure there are other places that service councils and
troops, but these guys are a class act run by a couple of Eagle Scouts.
