RE: [Philmont]: Philmont Program Planning

In the meeting at our council with the Assoc Director at Philmont, he
indicated significant changes to the North because of the excellent regrowth
they've enjoyed after the fire. If you are planning a trek through the
Valle or the North, I'm not sure just how valuable that 2003 book will be.
We may all have to simply wait for the new treks book to know what has
changed.

Subject: [Philmont]: Philmont Program Planning

I am looking for tools to help our crew choose our trek. I have the 2003
Philmont Guidebook to adventure for reference but would like to email the
crew the possible Programs they can choose from.

Does anyone have a list of the Programs and the Program Features written out
like the guide?

I plan on having the crew rank order their Program preferences and then find
the top choices and make a best fit with last years Trek itineraries. Does
anyone have an Excel file that can help grade responses and compare then to
the Treks for best fit?
