Tom Notes:

This also applies to the Advisors who have not worked together as a team
before. They need to know each others strengths and weaknesses as well as
how to 'read' each other.

That is an outstanding point as well. As adults we do not handle things the
same way. Much as our kids will play one parent against the other they will
do the same to adults in other contexts.

In the real world I am inclined to let the kids do what they want as long as
no one is going to the hospital and nothing is getting damaged. My wife has
the same idea except her definition of "hurt" and "damaged" are very very
different than mine<grin>.

If the two of us ever led a crew the boys would end up having a miserable
time and then they would have to explain why one of us killed the other
sometime early in the trek.

For whatever reason we do not seem to have problems getting along with
others who we have the same differences with.
