In each of the prior years' TREKS books (and PEAKS prior to that) there
has been a cross-reference of programs to trek numbers and camps to trek
numbers located in the back of the booklet. If your crews can identify
the major "have to" and "nice to have" features for their upcoming trek,
they can still make an informed decision regardless of what happens vis
a vis the numbers. Looking at the trek descriptions and the overall
Philmont map can give a reasonable idea of trek difficulty and/or
challenge. And as others have said repeatedly, there aren't any BAD
treks at Philmont.
Happy Trails,
Roy Fisher
