The Philsearch project is adding a valuable dimension to pretrek planning --
pictures of what you can expect to see on a given trek.
I hope the Philsearch project can include more pictures of the scenery you
encounter on a given trek. The pictures that are already there are
excellent. More pictures are needed that show what you can see on a given
leg of a trek.
This is obviously a tall order as Philmont and its treks literally cover a
lot of ground.
The enormous progress made on the Philsearch project to date leaves me
optimistic that further
progress in getting "scenery" photographs put up will happen.
Thanks to everyone who have contributed to the Philsearch project. Thanks
in advance to those who have great "scenery" photographs and will contribute
these to the Philsearch project.
The Philsearch project will help those planning for a trek, will help
promote Philmont, and will allow
everyone to enjoy the great natural beauty of Philmont Scout Ranch.

>In my experiences talking to Doug and others around the Ranch, Doug
>keeps the Treks book and itinerary changes pretty confidential, very
