[philmont] the mean old bull

Well, I guess there is an Option key on a PC. It's labeled Alt, but
Alt-4 won't get you cents on a PC. (I also use a Mac but we have a
couple of PC's and just tried it). Not sure how this applies to
Philmont. Must be a slow day.
