It got down to 26F in Phoenix, AZ just before dawn. Quite a shock since it
was 95 a couple weeks ago. I was prepared though, had turned my heat pump
on a couple days ago. The temps didn't seem to discourage my Golden
Retriever from taking her morning swim in the pool. Northern AZ was pretty
cold; Flagstaff had 8 below zero this morning.
