[Philmont] Trek selection

I apologize in advance for asking what I'm sure is a question that has
been answered a number of times, but what is the approximate timeframe
for the trek guides to be sent to the crews so that they can send in
their choices to Philmont? Correspondence with Philmont has been
through the Scoutmaster of our troop, but he's retiring from that role
this month, and is not an advisor for our troop's crew, so I wanted to
be sure that we didn't inadvertently miss the packet when it was sent.
