I was just at a meeting this weekend where there was a representative
from Philmont (Doug - can't remember his last name - in charge of
backcountry operations) who went over this a couple of times. The date
is March 15th.

I apologize in advance for asking what I’m sure is a question that
has been answered a number of times, but what is the approximate
timeframe for the trek guides to be sent to the crews so that they
can send in their choices to Philmont? Correspondence with Philmont
has been through the Scoutmaster of our troop, but he’s retiring from
that role this month, and is not an advisor for our troop’s crew, so
I wanted to be sure that we didn’t inadvertently miss the packet when
it was sent.
Thanks for any help.
