[Philmont] 2008 Trek Medical Forms

I would think that they want the forms filled out as close to the treks as possible.
 
This is when the smart advisors start to train in earnest. Although I would have passed the physical in the fall of the year before, many advisors probably could not and it benefits them to wait for the spring after their training/conditioning takes effect.
