During the Circle Ten Philmont presentation on 11/2, Doug Palmer from the Program Staff at Philmont said there was a meeting going on that weekend with the Philmont Program Director and the Medical Staff at a University in Kansas (can't remember which one) to finalize any update(s) to the Medical form for 2008. He also indicated the mailing would go out soon after any changes were incorporated into the form.

I very surprised that we still don't have medical forms and that they
can't be downloaded from a PDF. I understand that they are miffed
that someone doctored the forms, but their medical check should catch
this. Not allowing all our fall athletes to get their Phil physical
done with their sport physical is a hassle. (Sorry for the rant, but
I just got my physical yesterday, and still don't have a Phil Class 3
to get filled out!)
