Probably meeting at THE University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Many medical students from KU med school are hired each summer to work at PHILMONT for medical staff, has been that way since atleast 1999, year of my first trek.
I actually knew one of them last summer, a niece of my cousin.................

During the Circle Ten Philmont presentation on 11/2, Doug Palmer from the Program Staff at Philmont said there was a meeting going on that weekend with the Philmont Program Director and the Medical Staff at a University in Kansas (can't remember which one) to finalize any update(s) to the Medical form for 2008. He also indicated the mailing would go out soon after any changes were incorporated into the form.

I very surprised that we still don't have medical forms and that theycan't be downloaded from a PDF. I understand that they are miffedthat someone doctored the forms, but their medical check should catchthis. Not allowing all our fall athletes to get their Phil physicaldone with their sport physical is a hassle. (Sorry for the rant, butI just got my physical yesterday, and still don't have a Phil Class 3to get filled out!)-- -=Dan=-Venturing Crew 538Birmingham AL-----------------------------------end original post
