[Philmont] Rayado Trek

My oldest son is considering applying for a Rayado trek this summer. (He's 17, strong as an ox, and was our trek leader this past summer.) Do any of you know what the application deadline is and the likelihood that if he applies he will get in? He has a summer job that makes getting in on the second session important. (If he does get to do this, I will be one jealous dad!)
