This last year the shuttle from Raton to Philmont was $18.00 round trip.

Philmont will arrange shuttle service from Raton or ALB, but they charge
for
it. Need to check with Philmont for current fees.
Yes, you can park vehicles at Philmont.... Quite a large parking lot as
many
crews do travel by private vehicle.
We live within a "local tour permit" distance so driving is always our mode
of transportation. Those who utilize the other services will have to fill
you in on those details.
