Since things have been a little quiet lately (or maybe I've been having email problems), I'm interested in surveying some of you.
Here is the question - Are the trip expenses for the Philmont contingent leaders of your Council subsidized or paid for?
My intent is not to generate a discussion on the subject but to determine what is the prevailing practice in councils across the country. Please include your council name in your response & let me know if you know for sure or if you are guessing. To avoid clogging the list, please respond directly to me.
