Dear Phil-friends,

       Daniel Webster Council in NH seems to be consistent with the rest of
those posting responses. Council Advisors pay a full fair share for their
place on the trip. The only way to lower the Advisor's fees would be to raise
the amount charged to the boys. That isn't something that most of our
Advisors (most of whom are also parents of young people going on that
contingent trip) want to have happen.

       A Scout is Thrifty. He pays his fair share and looks for ways to keep
costs down for the greater good.
