As far as leader fees go here in Central New York, Hiawatha Seaway Council,
all adults including Council Coordinator pays the same fees. Many adults
also incur addition expenses in the form of Long Distance phone calls, aka
asking Betty a question, shakedown transportation and other incidental
costs.
We too feel that subsidizing one would be at the expense of all the others.
We do however get Philmont Scholarships from Philmont and we assist our most
needy scouts.
