Re: [Philmont]: "Stamps" != Hazing

Hazing? How does hazing have to do with a jolly old stamp. I know one camp
we went to burned a tiny bit off the corner of the crew leader's copy.
Anoehr cahp would cut a small corner off, or take an ax and make a nice
small cut in the middle of the copy. But how does that consitute hazing? Now
a good form of hazing would be freshmen friday at high school, not adding a
unique, personalized "stamp" at each camp?

A crew leader can refuse to get the stamp also. It is voluntary. So hazing
is definitly the wrong word.

Enough said about this, so don't go blaming it on the youth.
