In my efforts to get good group rates for scouts from So. California, I have
found
that for summer fares during what the airlines call "prime time" (which is
basically about June 15 to Sept. 15) is around mid-March

Isn't Santa Fe about 7000 feet? I think Colo. Spgs is about 6000 feet.

Run by a scouter, understands, really does, I haven't used them, but I did
talk
to them and have heard good things about them.

Don't ignore the possibility of flying into an airport to the east, such as
KC, it's
not that much further and there are other touring options (like staying with
the
Koshare folks).
