[Philmont]: On-line registration

I just got, via email from Fran, the information for on-line registration
for 2007 treks for both Philmont and Double H Ranch.

She said they are running a bit behind and are mailing them right now.

Anyway, the most relevant info (the rest doesn't appear to have changed):

6. The unit representative may log on to www.advanced-data.com/philmont
during your assigned week which corresponds to your region or during the
open week. To verify the BSA Region in which your unit is located, please
contact your Council Service Center or locate a Regions map at
www.bsaregions.com.

                        Northeast Region November 7-13
                        Western Region November 14-20
                        Southern Region November 21-27
                        Central Region November 28-December 4
                        Open Week December 5-11
