[philmont] Cooking Meals - Hawaiian Chicken mystery solved!

Our crew did not understand why everyone is so negative about Hawaiian
Chicken. Our crew thought it was good, definitely above average. It ranked
in the top 3 of their favorite meals on the trek, just behind the tacos and
chuckwagon dinner. Our cook for that evening also did not follow cooking
directions, but cooked it all in one pot.
