[philmont] Proper display of the Texas flag

This Wisconsin guy assumes from your comments that
flying the Texas flag over Beaubien, etc. is a good thing???? (insert big
toothy grin here). LOL

  Let me explain for Calvin since I known he is a little tired from driving all across Texas, that's a long, long ways!
   
  Beaubien was at one time a part of the Republic of Texas before we gave it to the yankee government to redistribute among other states so Texas would not be quite as large. It's still large and we gave half of it away, so flying Texas flag there is just a natural thing to do. It feels right at home there
   
  The part I don't like is Gunnison, CO was in Texas also and they gave that away. I outta get resident treatment on my hunting license there but I don't. LOL
   
  Did I say it right Calvin?
