[Philmont] 18 year olds

We've usually had the 18-20 year olds register with a Venturing Crew if
we want them to attend as a youth. If we want them as an adult, they
need to have an adult positions in the Troop eg. ASM.

We're a Council contingent so we're quite flexible.

We have several boys who will be attending our trek next summer who have
just reached the age of 18. I know that boys can be classified as either
an adult or scout from 18 to 21. My question is how have other troops
registered these boys to attend? Do you list them as junior assistant
scoutmasters or register in a venture crew?
