[Philmont] Female Adults

We don't have to rehash the tenting issues, though :-)

  Nope! Not gonna re-hash, but just be aware it gets really technical or seems to be. This issue can be a logistics nightmare if you don't give it due consideration, especially on a crew with both male and female youth which means you have male and female adults also.
   
  Philmont used to run a free "loan a female adult program" but they stopped doing that a few years ago. Each year a crew or crews shows up short of the necessary female adult to go on trail.
   
  Enough said.
