But the question was about a Philmont crew. How they are registered
back home is irrelevant. Your crew at Philmont gets to decide whether
they are youth or adult, regardless whether they are registered in a
Troop, Crew or both. Unless you can point me to some authority to
the contrary, I'd go with asking Philmont about it :-)
