[Philmont] A Scout is Reverant

Of course since Texas was once Mexico I guess you could say " once Mexico, always Mexico"

  That's the only time Texas screwed up, that is winning at San Jacinto. They shoulda let the Mexicans win that one, then we could all siesta through the heat of the day and party into the night.
