Was Texas once part of North Carolina? Texas flag
sort of has that
NC look. Not sure.

  Naw, never was a part of that place. Anyway, North Carolineans fly their flag upside down. The white stripe goes on top, not the bottom.
   
  How else can you keep it clean. You see Texas flags are so big they drag the ground when we carry them. Or is it because we are so short?
   
  At least that is what I tell my son in law who is a UNC graduate and died in the wool NC fan. That's short for fanatic you know.
