[philmont] : Crew member agreement

  If you want to send this to the list (which, I guess I would like to see it to as a past troop crew leader, future council crew leader and also Jamboree Scoutmaster) you will need to copy and past the text into the email as opposed to sending it as an attachment. The list doesn't accept attachments.
