To date, under the lotto system, the number of Crews requested does not
factor into the selection process. That may, of course, change this
year or in some future year. For a definite answer, contact Betty or
Frances.
BTW, my rule of thumb is 1.25x the minimum number of participants. The
".25" covers the typical attrition rate over 20 months.
