Steve

For years, we took our 4-quart pots to Philmont, Pisgah National Forest, and
Adirondaks. You will need two 4-quart pots if you have a crew of 12 for the
entree and the pots will be pretty full, so be careful. Still, we liked the
4-quart pot because it was easy to pack and much more stable on a Coleman
Peak I stove than the 8-quart pots. A couple of years ago, I found a place
that had 6-quart pots and they work great for a 12 man crew (again, 2 pots for
the entree) and they still pack pretty well. Hope this helps.
