The latest Outside Rag Mag jab at BSA can be read at http://outside.away.com/outside/culture/200707/boy-scouts-1.html

It would be quite amusing if it were not for the fallout it will cause as it is written by quite a confused woman who would rather her son have his tongue pierced that become a Boy Scout. OK, that says a lot about her doesn't it?

In it she jumbles all Scout leaders into one whether it be the Chief Scout Executive or simply the person standing near the Scouts on the trail.

Her attack is on the safety of Scouting and she babbles on and on and on.

I had a long talk with Cheddar, a seasonal PhilStaff member while at AA about this article and that stimulated me to look at the safety aspects of the black powder rifle range at Miranda while there. It was impecable.

Joe, she's talking about all of us. You and I are as guilty of negligence as sin in her words.

Think aobut Outside Rag Mags stand before you open their pitiful pages again.

the editors have a vendetta against the BSA and won't let up. I have a vendetta against Outisde Rag Mag. I won't read it. What I have done is to write to every advitizer in the magazine expressing my displeasure with their association with the Rag.
