John showed me the idea at Poniel and I immediately started drilling the
lexan with my knife. A crew mate who feared I was going to run the
knife thru my thigh strongly suggested that drilling the holes was a
task that would be much better performed in the daylight so it waited
until Miranda.
Ya see I am old in my troop but was the youngest in the crew by about 10
years. Every once in awhile I know when it is in my best interest to
say yes sir or yes mam.
The rest of the story is that my son liked the idea and is doing the
same to his gear. Several of the adults in the troop saw it over the
weekend and are planning to do do the same thing as well.
