We just finished our first "activity" - it wasn't really a Philmont event
but most of the Philmont pholks went - and we went over the Philmont method
for bridges and streams. As a result I was a little more aware and noticed
the same thing. Too late to do anything about it now though.
Really neet photo collection. I'm envious.
Happy Trails,
Roy Fisher

Bill-the pictures makes me wistful. It seems so peaceful compared to the
hub-bub of summer where there are like a million crews around.....
But, I have a bone to pick <g>. I see a lot of water crossings with the hip
belts buckled in the pictures. As you know, "The Philmont Way" is to
unbuckle your hip belt and chest strap before making any significant water
crossing
