[Philmont] Lenhok'sin High Adventure camp info

Crews camp at or near the outposts. Generally, they have to be out of the outpost area by 9:00 AM, and can't enter the next one until 1:00 or 2:00 PM. There are also rules about getting permission to enter any of the Boy Scout or Webelos camps, and how far away from base camp crews must stay when on a primitive (no outpost) day.
