[Philmont] 6qt Pots...

You can buy at a cooking supply store, maybe even one of the supercenters, something similar to this that is made to be used for long simmering foods, like making homemade pasta sauce. Lightweight, usually made out of aluminum, it's 2 pieces layered with vents. I "borrowed" my mothers years ago and it's great! My favorite use is to make biscuits without burning them- a real treat on the trail!
