He is talking about position of responsibility for rank advancement.
Sometimes the scoutmaster can assign a non listed job to cover the position
of responsibility of each rank. But when it comes to the eagle application
do not put down crew advisor because Texas will probably bounce the eagle
application back. He would be listed as Patrol Leader. Does not sound as
fancy but it is an approved position.
