I just bought our tickets. You can buy the round trip tickets on September
14, 11 months before you depart Ratan. (For some reason you have to wait
that one more day, and it has to be 11 months from the return trip
date.) I just bought tickets from South Bend. Adults were $297, youth
under 16 were 1/2 price. You can have up to two youth fairs for each adult
traveling.
I called the reservation number 800-872-7245. You get this automated
system with "Julie" asking questions. The best way to get out of the
system and get to a live agent is to answer the first few questions. (This
is all voice activated, you are not punching buttons.) Eventually she will
ask how many are traveling. Answer "nine" because she can understand that
number better than "ten" or "twelve". Julie will then tell you that she
can only handle up to 4 people and will send to a real live person. From
there you can check on all the available packages.
