I agree.
I have been to Philmont with all 3 of my Eagle Scout sons and they would have loved to worked there.
But....... money for college must be earned during the summer and it would have been pretty much a wash with travel and other expenses.
They have all been back at least once and we are all planning to go when my youngest son is of age (2004).
