I'm not in the know, but if that is the case, then the shortage this past
summer is at Philmont's own making. At the very least, PhilAdmin needs to
look in their mirror and see what the problem is. If they see it in the
mirror, then they need to fix it before it consumes them. It is already
causing problems.

I do know of several cases this past summer where Rangers were simply not
available.

If it ain't broke, then don't fix it, but if it is broken fix it.

It appears broken.

Late note: If what Signe Rodgers wrote is the case, then the system is
broken. Certainly there needs to be a process to take up the ball when
someone in the upper eschelon leaves without months delay in notifying people
that they have a job.

Looks like Philmont is using the U S Government as an example of how to do
things. Everyone knows that's wrong!

I mean I love my country, but I'd never run a business as the Guv'ment does.
