RE: [Philmont]: Sewing on the Bull, the loon and/or the conch

I believe the small PTC patch is a "temporary" patch to be worn in the
appropriate position on the right pocket of the boy scout uniform, is it
not. the large PTC patch is to be worn on the back of the red jacket

what do I know? I have an out of date OA patch on the back of my red jacket
along with a large patch for an defunct council camp. If any one would call
me on it, I just say that I am showing an example of what not to do.
