  In July I mentioned on this list that I had heard of two fatalities at Philmont. My source was the Catholic Philmont chaplain who asked us at Mass to pray for the individuals concerned.

    Over a month ago I read that a PTC particpate state that they heard of a falality in the Back Country. I haven't heard of any more details and I haven't seen anything on Shelton's list.
    Did this really occur? Craig
