Yes!
It makes excellent house wrap. Keeps moisture out and lets excessive internal moisture permiate to the outside where it goes up in the sky to form clouds that make rain at Philmont every afternoon about 2PM.
Thusly, the use of Tyvek to wrap houses keeps Philmont cool and green. A double win situation.
