[Philmont]: Vector Needed

Pholks:

We have what seems to be an urgent request to locate Philip Miner, MD
who was on the Philmont staff in the early 1980's. Dr. Miner's last
known address was in Fairway, KS.

If you know where Dr. Miner is located, please reply back to me and I
will pass that info along to the requesting party.
