[Philmont]: Philmont Payments

You can make payments for additional crew members the day you arrive.

We sent a crew in 2003. Originally sent deposits for 12. Lost 4 before the first
payment was due. Sent payment for three add-ons about a month later.

Picked up the fourth and final crew member just before departure. Paid on site
the day we arrived.
